At Imagelatina, we specialize in custom printed products and edible items (sugar sheets, wafer paper, gelatin transfer paper, edible images, and personalized designs). Because these items are produced on demand and many are food‑related, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a printing error caused by us.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following:
Your order number
A clear photograph of the product received
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will replace the product at no additional cost. A return is not required unless we specifically request it.
Customized Products
Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the error is ours, as they are created according to the customer’s instructions.
Edible Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, edible products cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if unopened.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved cases (defective or incorrect items), Imagelatina covers the cost of the replacement. Customers are not required to pay return shipping unless explicitly requested.

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
